Florida Governor Ron DeSantis is facing scrutiny from former president Donald Trump and the public over remarks made about Ukraine’s war with Russia, as he prepares for his run for the White House. Conservative Texas Representative Chip Roy has endorsed DeSantis for president, suggesting that DeSantis look beyond Trump for the 2024 GOP nomination. Videos have emerged showing hecklers using Trump’s new insulting nickname for DeSantis, “Tiny D”.
