Actor Jacob Elordi has asked for an emergency restraining order against stalker Robert Dennis Furo, who he claims has been leaving gifts for him outside his Los Angeles home. The “Euphoria” actor, who previously starred in “The Kissing Booth,” said Furo has a criminal record and only appears when he leaves his house. Elordi said Furo dropped off a bouquet of roses, some candy, pastries and a note, saying he had “found” the actor. Elordi’s legal team has requested Furo stay at least 100 yards from Elordi, his house, his car and his work. Nicolas Cage has previously accused Furo of breaking into his home.
In February, Elordi reported two incidents to police, during which Furo allegedly made an appearance in his garden yelling the actor’s name and professing his love. Elordi confronted the man on the second occasion, and was then forced to run outside and write down the car’s license plate when he left, and called the police to report the stalker. A few weeks later, the actor says Furo turned up twice with gifts, a note and more flowers.
Elordi filed for the restraining order to keep Furo away for fear that the behaviour will escalate. The documents state that he is afraid to return home because it is unknown whether Furo is tracking him through his mobile phone or monitoring when he is in or out of the house. The judge approved a temporary restraining order requiring Furo to permanently stay at least 100 yards away from Elordi.
