Prince Harry has filed a lawsuit against UK tabloid The Daily Mail for engaging in illegal phone-tapping and other privacy-violating schemes. Along with other high-profile Brits, including Elton John and Elizabeth Hurley, they plan to take legal action against the publication. However, during his recent visit to London, Prince William reportedly followed his father, King Charles, in not meeting with his brother amidst the legal action. ABC News reports that William is using his extended Easter vacation with his wife and children in Anmer Hall, Norfolk as an excuse to avoid meeting with Harry. Both Harry’s previously close relationships with his family have reportedly become strained since he publicly expressed his doubts about postnatal mental health care provided by the British Army. He criticises his lack of mental health care support when he returned from Afghanistan a decade ago. Furthermore, he publicly criticised his family, stating that his upbringing was “a mixture between The Truman Show and being in a zoo”. Harry’s return to the UK has been criticised by media outlets, with journalist Camilla Tominey accusing the prince of orchestrating his arrival at a time when his father couldn’t make it.
