Pop stars Shawn Mendes and Camila Cabello were spotted at a Taylor Swift concert in New Jersey, sparking rumours that they are rekindling their romance. The couple, who split in 2021, were seen holding hands and making out at the Coachella festival in April. The singers’ recent reunion walks through New York City sparked speculation that they are back on. They have also been seen in Santa Monica.

Photos taken at the concert show Mendes, wearing a sleeveless white shirt, and Cabello, pictured in a black vest and flashy pants, sitting together in a box. Mendes and Cabello aren’t the only celebrities in the group. Model and actress Cara Delevingne was there, too.

The singers’ relationship began when they teamed up for the 2015 hit single “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” The couple started dating in 2019, but by December 2021, the pair had split. Mendes had been open about the pressure put on their relationship by fans, while Cabello cited the need to put her mental health first.

Given that the stars’ past romance was so public, and so was their split, many have been keeping their eyes peeled for signs that the former couple may get back together. The Coachella kissing photos made quite a splash on social media.

However, despite the rumours circulating and photographic evidence, Cabello has said that the pair are just “great friends”, according to Seventeen magazine.
